Dogue de Bordeaux (a.k.a THE FRENCH WARRIOR)

OK. a little unrealistically huge for me and super expensive but right now i am over the moon about french mastiffs...

I found this informative website.

Temperament

The Dogue de Bordeaux is a powerful muscular dog that makes an excellent guard to both person and property. Like all molosser-type dogs, the Dogue De Bordeaux has strong nerves and is not easily excited. Its personality is balanced, quiet and calm, not given to unnecessary barking unless sufficient reason....such as an intruder.  The Dogue de Bordeaux is a charming breed that is very warm and friendly to humans. It is very good with children, a companion that has plenty of patience and will tolerate typical teasing such as tail pulling and other things which undisciplined children tend to engage. Dogues are happy to be with their children and be part of their games, such as dress up time and lets play dog show.

Wait what? I didn't realize that "let's play dog show" was a game. Anyway just look at him. He is unbelievable. And according to wikipedia the breed has been utilized in many different forms, from using their brawn to pull carts or haul heavy objects, to guarding flocks and used to protect castles of the European elite. SOOOOO naturally I need several.
